  • Our bikes are ideal for exploring Brussels: they are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to use.

    ⚠️ Please note: e-bikes are not available for rent.

    How do I choose the right bike size? We offer three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Just let us know your height when you make your reservation, and we will make sure to set aside the perfect fit for you.

    What are the technical specifications of the bikes?

    • Gears: 8-speed derailleur system

    • Brakes: Reliable V-brakes

    • Tires: Puncture-resistant tires

    • Fenders: Front and rear mudguards

    • Lighting: Front and rear lights powered by a hub dynamo

    • Safety: Bike bell

  • Yes! The following accessories are included automatically:

    • A sturdy, high-security bike lock

    • A bike helmet (optional)

    Can I rent additional accessories? Yes, you can upgrade your ride with these optional extras:

    • Phone holder: €2

    • Double pannier bag: €5

  • Find us at Grand Hospice in the city center. Adress: Rue du Grand Hospice 7, 1000 Brussels (local D7).

    You can pick up the bike in the morning between 9am and 10:30am.

    You can return the bike between 4:30pm and 6pm.

  • How much does it cost to rent a bike?

    • 1 day (max. 9h): 20 €

    • 2 days: 37 €

    • 3 days 50 €

     A bike lock and helmet (optional) is included.

    You can add a phone holder (2€) and bike panniers (5€) to the bike rental.

    Is there a security deposit? Yes, when paying for the bike hire, you will be asked to provide a deposit of €120 per bike. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the hire period, once the bike has been checked.

    What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation of a reservation is possible and refundable up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. After that, cancellation is not refundable. Booking fees are non-refundable.
